Personal account

 

Registration of a personal account is possible in two ways:

  • Automatically, when creating a reservation application on the website
  • Manually, through the "Registration" section

Once you've finished filling out the application or gone through the manual registration process on the website, you'll get a separate email with login details for your personal account. This will include a link to activate your account and a temporary password if you registered during the application process.
The first time you log in to your personal account, you will need to change the temporary password.

If you do not remember the password you entered when you registered on the site, please use the password recovery form here.

If this is your first time logging into your personal account, you will need to activate your account using the activation link provided in the email sent after you created your application, in the payment instructions email, or in the site registration email.

 

Cannot enter your personal account?

When you enter the site, you may receive one of the following notifications:

  1. Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.
    This message means that you are not registered on the site under the e-mail address provided, or that the login/password information you entered is incorrect.
    Please check that the information you have entered is correct. Spaces are not allowed in fields, and data is case-sensitive.

  2. Login denied! Your account has been blocked. Pease, contact our support service.
    If you have successfully logged in to your account in the past, please contact our support team. Your account may be locked for some reason. Support will help you resolve this issue.

  3. Your account is not activated. Account activation link and login instructions has been sent to your email after you have completed the registration form.
    If you are visiting your personal account for the first time, you will need to activate your account using the activation link that was sent to you by e-mail after you created a reservation request, in the letter about registering on the website.
  4. Your account is not activated. Account activation link and login instructions has been sent to your email after you have completed the reservation.
    If this is your first visit to your personal account, you will need to activate your account using the activation link provided in the email after you created your account or in the email with payment instructions.
