Procedure for assistance in the event of an insured event

 

Your call to the emergency number will be answered by the Assisting company's service centre, which will then:

  • Reports the claim (you will need to provide your name, policy number, expiry date and contact details for further communication with you);
  • Specify the place of departure and the problem;
  • Arranges the necessary assistance through its representative or another provider in the country where you are staying (doctor's call, transport to a clinic, etc.);
  • Guarantee payment of the cost of the services;
  • Coordinate your actions and those of the service providers;
  • Pays for services.

 

In order to obtain insurance compensation, you must fill in the application form and attach copies and originals of the required documents.

The tourist should independently collect a complete set of documents and submit them to the assisting company for consideration of the case and compensation.
