Reservation confirmation

 

After full or partial payment, your reservation request will be sent to the charterer's reservation department.

Chartershop is a Ticketing Agent and cannot guarantee seat availability without confirmation from the tour operator ordering the flight (charterer) or airline.
Once the reservation has been confirmed by the charterer, you will receive an email confirming payment and ticket reservation.

Electronic tickets are sent to your e-mail address 1-2 days prior to departure as soon as the airline or charter company provides access to ticketing.
Bus itineraries are mailed out the evening before departure (after 17:00).
We will make every effort to receive your airline tickets more quickly.
 
You must print tickets and carry them with you at check-in at the airport.
