1. About Skyline Express: history, fleet

Skyline Express (ІАТА (IATA): QU; ІКАО (ICAO) UTR) – is a Ukrainian airline operating charter flights from Polish airports to popular seaside resorts, including Egypt, Turkey, Greece and Bulgaria.
According to the State Register of Legal Entities, Azur Air Ukraine changed its name to Skyline Express in March 2023. On 9 May, Skyline Express registered a Boeing 757-300 UR aircraft and resumed flights after more than a year's hiatus.
On 26 May 2023, the aircraft began flying from European cities to seaside resorts. The company's first flight was from Warsaw to the Bulgarian resort of Burgas.

The Skyline Express fleet consists of 10 different types of aircraft:
- 1 Boeing 737-800 (capacity up to 189 passengers, flight range 5665 km).
- 5 Boeing 757-300 aircraft (capacity up to 280 passengers, flight range 6290 km)
- 3 Boeing 767-300 ERs (capacity for up to 330 passengers, flight range of 11070 km)
- 1 Boeing 777-300 (capacity for up to 531 passengers, range 13649 km.)

Skyline Express luggage: hand luggage, allowance

Knives, scissors, needles, knitting needles and other sharp or cutting objects are not allowed in hand luggage. It is also forbidden to carry liquids, suspensions, creams, pastes with a capacity of more than 100 ml in a bottle (tube). The total volume of these substances in hand luggage packed in containers with a capacity of up to 100 ml should not exceed 1 litre per passenger.

If, on boarding the aircraft, hand baggage is found to exceed the specified dimensions and/or weight, it must be removed, loaded into the hold of the aircraft and transported as checked baggage.

The checked baggage allowance on Skyline Express charter flights is:

*For operational reasons, the checked baggage allowance on Skyline Express charter flights has been reduced to 15kg in Economy Class on routes of more than 6 hours.

In addition to the free baggage allowance, the passenger has the right to carry the following items which he/she does not include in his/her baggage free of charge: a handbag and a man's bag, a briefcase, an overcoat or raincoat, a jacket, an umbrella or a walking stick, printed materials for reading during the flight, food for the child required during the flight, a travel cradle (if the child is under 1 year old), a pram, a wheelchair and/or crutches. The total weight of the items, excluding the wheelchair, should not exceed 7kg.

Skiing equipment - 200 PLN (40 EUR)*, (boots, ski goggles, helmet, special clothing, etc.), maximum weight - 20 kg;
Snowboard equipment - 150 PLN (30 EUR)*, maximum weight - 20 kg;
Golf equipment - 250 PLN (50 EUR)*, (club, bag for one pair of shoes), maximum weight - 20 kg;
Surfboard - 150 PLN (30 EUR)*, maximum dimensions: length - 292 cm, width - 60 cm.

Carriage of animals in the cabin on Skyline Express flights:

Dogs, cats and other pets are allowed on Skyline Express charter flights. Bird cages must be covered with a dense, opaque material.
No more than two pet containers per passenger cabin class are permitted on the carrier's flights.
The number of animals allowed on each flight is limited..

Information about the necessary documents and rules for the transportation of an animal should be clarified by the passenger independently in the relevant services.

Carriage of children and infants on Skyline Express charter flights

Categories:

• Children up to 2 years of age - infants - may travel sitting on your lap. Infants are issued a regular passenger ticket without the right to a separate seat in the cabin
• from 2 to 12 years old - child - when purchasing a ticket for a child, a regular passenger ticket is issued. Additional discounts are not available, children occupy a separate seat in the aircraft..

Unaccompanied minor:

- The service is available on request for children between the ages of 5 and 16,
- The cost is 375 PLN (75 EUR) per child, one way.

Passengers should check the rules for crossing the border of the departure/transit/destination country for minors and the required documents and airline rules for unaccompanied minors - on their own.

Check-in for Skyline Express charter flights:

Online check-in is not available for Skyline Express charters and is only available at the airport prior to departure.
Check-in at the airport:
- Check-in begins 2.5 hours prior to scheduled departure,
- Check-in closes 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
